  Amazing and unassuming! Casually, easy and fast service. Food was incredible and very fairly priced. We got a warm and a cold roll with the lobster bisque to start, which was suggested to us to dip the rolls in. Ended with an amazing gluten free key lime pie with a coconut almond crust. We’re visiting for three days and definitely coming back before we leave.

  The staff was so attentive and pleasant. The mister bisque was excellent and our rolls were stuffed full of lobster and mine was super tasty with lobster and queen crab meat. The prices are very reasonable! We will certainly be back.

  Huge chunks of lobster sit on top of a roll, with melted butter on the side. Looks like corporate headquarters is more interested in their products look than whether you can actually eat it. Glad I didn't each at their place. If you go, get take-out, come home, chop lobster, toss with butter, stuff the roll, and then you can eat it. All that after you just payed someone to make you a sandwich. Ordering online is a chore, the first time at least. Not recommended.

  I only had 1 day in Florida so I decided to try this place out. I ordered online and I ordered the Connecticut mighty roll. By looking at other reviewers pics I expected to receive a lot more lobster. Don’t let the looks deceive you because the lobster was sitting on top of the bun not in it. I double checked with the employee and he said it this was a large. I personally wouldn’t pay $35 for this but that’s just me. The lobster was really good, I would just order a regular next time instead of adding $10. I would also order another side of butter because the one they put in the box was maybe half way full. The bathroom was also out of toilet paper. Staff was nice though.

  Just had the Connecticut-style lobster roll at Mystic Lobster Roll Co. and it was absolutely incredible! The lobster was so fresh, sweet, and packed in there. Generous portion, warm buttery goodness, perfectly toasted bun that didn’t overpower the star of the show. Every bite was pure heaven. The coleslaw on the side was crisp and tangy, just the right complement. Service was super friendly and quick too. This spot is a total gem in Naples. Hands down one of the best lobster rolls I’ve ever had. Will 100% be back soon. If you’re anywhere near Vanderbilt, this is a MUST TRY. You won’t regret it! Highly recommend! 🦞🔥
