  I was hangry when I wrote the 1 star originally as I thought the dining room was locked prior to 11pm. I was mistaken! Also the young lady in the drive thru who handed me my order was extremely cute so it was the perfect way to tie up my night.

  I visited this place for the first time today. I was served at the drive-through window by Sara, the manager; the treatment was terrible, and her manner of speaking was extremely rude. She didn't give me my receipt initially, and when I asked for it, she got annoyed and practically threw it in my face. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that *she* is the manager. How is this even possible? She is absolutely not fit to be in a customer service position.

  Since yall want to be funny about my order and I have screenshots from uber eats I ordered I called the police on yall. Not answering my phone calls. Ignoring my calls definitely wrote a police report. And dang skippy I called the police. Laugh all you want. Xoxo Update: got the food for the kids and if I see any of the food tampered with… I will take it to civil court. Thanks. 2nd update: my little ole self will stop going to this particular hole in the wall McDonalds even though it’s much closer to the house I’ll drive 15 miles out to a different one. Better yet more of the reasons to stop ordering and eating at that filthy McDonald’s. Just McDonald’s in general. Thanks once again. And I escalated because the first driver said yall ain’t have my order, but funny enough when I made my complaint all of sudden order is there. Hmm system failure ? Or just poor service. Whatever.

  If you're looking for "fast" food, avoid this location in the morning. Even with a 20-minute head start on a mobile order, I consistently wait 25+ minutes at 5:30 AM. The staff is incredibly slow and unprofessional—I’ve had the window shut in my face and was handed a soda dripping all over because it was overfilled. They never include napkins and can't seem to get a simple Egg McMuffin out on time. Other chains like Chick-fil-A and Dunkin' handle lines twice this size with 100% more politeness and speed. This store needs a serious management overhaul.
