  I only go to McDonald's if nothing else is open. I got here at 3:30am, after a night out with friends. I was in a great mood and got greeted with the most disrespectful service I've ever had. I get that its late but at least pretend you care about my order. Never coming to this location again. I'd rather starve

  Ordered kids meal and adult meal for dine in had to give computer table tent number so they can deliver the food while we went to the playground took 40 min and they never delivered the food I had to leave to go get my food . Thank god for the play ground brought my 3 year old granddaughter. Entire restaurant looked like a war zone including playground. No ketchup no clean tables . If it wasn’t for the playground that my grand daughter loves I’d never go back . Manager needs to be fired . Staff needs to be replaced with staff that cares more so due to the amount of children that come in . There were also a group of teenagers cursing and no one said anything. And they were throwing cookies

  Took 15 minutes to get 2 sundaes. Dining area was not busy, only a few customers. Play area looked decent, we will be back to try it out.

  This was by far one of the worst experiences that I’ve had at any McDonald’s. The manager was unconcerned and blamed everything on corporate. Diana/Bianca Simple passed it off as someone else issue. The driveway attendant passed my food (Happy Meal) with the container open with him breathing over which I asked could he closed it and he said no. When I addressed it she simply brushed it off said he had little English and still in training. Meaning he should have been there with a trainer and not independently.

  This is by far the worst McDonalds in all of Florida. Never ,never get your order right the fries are either burnt with no salt or soggy with no salt and there seems to always be someone rude at the window where you pick up the food. and if you happen to catch there mistake get ready for a long wait for them to correct it..Somebody need to take a real good look at the management there
