  i waited an hour in the drive though while there were only 4 cars sitting and waiting with me. After 50 minutes go by and I get up to the window it turns out they never took my order even when they had already asked me. i told them my order again, wait another 5-10 minutes, then we were given a sprite with no ice, none of the requested sauces, and cold fries. Worst mcdonald’s experience of my 20 years of living

  Waited over an hour in the drive through to only have the worst McDonalds food ive ever tasted. Not to mention a terribly rude staff that didnt care at all about my wait time or the other customers. Worst McDonalds in Naples.

  Avoid at all costs. Fast food? More like wait 40 minutes in the drive through. Absolute joke. Go elsewhere. There’s many other options in the vicinity. Whoever the franchisee is must be completely absent because there’s zero quality control and they obviously don’t care.

  The staff in this restaurant was wonderful. We came in last minute and made an order for 56 people. Everyone worked incredibly hard to get it ready and we’re so friendly and had great customer service. We worked closely with Sammy and she kept us up-to-date on the order. Fantastic customer service.

  Went threw the drive threw order a number 3 and #10 got a #9 and #10 and then they proceed to give is back a #3 and a #9. On the third time they finally got it right. Probably should pay attention to what you are doing it wasnt even a rush. 1 person in the drive threw and 2 families inside with their food already.
