    So far my experiences at HB’s have been fantastic. The food and service have been top notch. The beach bar was packed last night and the workers did a great job attending everyone. I know we all miss the Beach Hotel but so far thy have done a great job in my experiences.

    Decor and ambiance are exquisite and rates a 5 plus. Dining Receptionist did not make eye contact upon arrival only viewed computer screen. Bartender/waiter didn’t know what Fuze was so made up a drink and was either unaware or ignored that it was not consumed. No coasters for the drinks made puddles of water on the table. The female who was setting tables fixed her hair occasionally while placing silverware. Yet to be a 5 Star!

    It took us 20 minutes to have service to order drinks My rose i ordered looked and tasted like water , at $22. It turns out water got into bottle. Food just Ok. Lobster rolls consisted of finely minced lobster. On a cold hot dog roll. Lobster Wedges salad had no distinctive taste I would wait a year for the kinks to be ironed out. We were all very disappointed No one came away with a Wow feeling There are plenty of other fine beachside restaurants to choose from in Naples offering a better dining experience

    Such a terrible experience. I live in Michigan and am vacationing in Naples. We came here for dinner last night and had a variety of seafood including oysters. (I did not get sick and did not eat the oysters) About two hours after dinner my boyfriend got sick and didn’t stop vomiting until this morning at 8 am. Our entire last vacation day has been ruined, we had to cancel all of our plans and argue for refunds on pre-committed reservations. We also had to post pone our return flight because he wasn’t feeling well enough to fly today. An extra night at our hotel, charges for flight change. I called to receive a refund and the restaurant offered a drink voucher. Then after three phone calls myself , my boyfriend calls and they agree to give us a refund. So we drove thirty minutes back to the hotel and the front desk offers a private chat with the restaurant manager and no refund. Absolutely pointless waste of time.

    This was our first dinner at HB's. There were problems from the start. We were directed to the lobby only to find out that HB's was around the back of the hotel so an employee drove us there in a golf cart with wet seats. From the time we sat down at our outdoor table, the service was TERRIBLE. We waited for a very long time for a server. She took our drink order and never came back with our drinks. We had to waive down another server to ask where our drinks were. Finally, another server came with two bottles of wine that were almost empty and poured the warm wine into my glass. Worse yet, my husband's cocktail didn't arrive until we flagged down another server who brought it after another 15 minutes. Our table was next to the bar and not far from a servers' station which was chaotic. Lots of confusion as to who was doing what. Finally another server took our food order and there was another long wait for the food. The food was only ok. We complained to the manager who said that the general manager would call my husband which never happened. But we got an email from the Food and Beverage manager the next day which invited us to call him to discuss our experience. When my husband called him, the receptionist said that he doesn't take calls and doesn't return them. This happened twice so he gave up calling. The restaurant and management need a lot more training to bring the restaurant up to the Four Seasons standards. A very disappointing experience to say the least!
