The tropical smoothie at the Carrillon Plaza in Naples, were very unprofessional and rude… I went to order food with my services- emotional support Dog(4.5 lbs/hiperallergenic) in kangaroo carrier, not even in a stroller and did not even bother to see or even ask for my ID for it and told me I could not eat there, that I had to order and step out of the restaurant. Extremely disappointed when I was constant costumer, but after this horrible experience, not anymore.
