  It's dirty. The man and women who work there have no personality and no sense of customer service. Way too expensive of a smoothie for a chain restaurant for a mid smoothie and bad customer service

  EVERY TIME I GET A CHICKEN PESTO ITS ROLLED UP LIKE A BURRITO!!! These people can’t even follow the corporate instructions they get displayed over the food line every time I promise you I don’t tip here since this has been the case I might do a damn tik tok series on it

  Went to the drive thru on pine ridge and the staff seemed annoyed to be bothered and had zero personality and worse manners. We LOVE the immokalee location (near NYPP) but I will NEVER return to the pine ridge location unless they replace their entire staff
