Went with my wife for her birthday last Friday and we have an excellent experience .
The hostess was very kind and the welcoming was very nice , our waitress « Kübra » was very nice we have good time at diner with a Chef de rang like her. We are outside on the patio light music view on the Sea with the sunset what else ,
We got the brioche as amuse bouche it was really good , the foie gras with clémentine exellent , mushroom velouté was awesome that my wife say she can have a second one right the way.
The pork I believe that’s gonna be the dish signature of the restaurant . Elegant and well looking. And a surprise little cake for the birthday we really appreciate .
Really Good time , beautiful restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in with high expectations of four seasons standards I’ve known. Wow, what a disappointment. Breakfast buffet was a joke, Holiday Inn has a better breakfast.. Staff was extremely overwhelmed, never checked on and seemed like we were an inconvenience more than a customer. Drinks never brought out. Buffet only has pastries and bolognese. I’ve been to over a dozen four seasons, this is lowest level of them all. Shame as it’s such a good location - but nothing grand about it. Went to the Ritz next day, wow night & day difference. This location has lots of work left to do! Hopefully it turns around. Valet was the only good experience!

We recently had dinner at The Merchant Room for a special occasion and it was the most disappointing dinner we’ve had in a really, really long time. It was so bad that my husband wrote a review and the manager of the restaurant offered to discuss the experience with us. He has tried multiple times to get in contact with the manager who has never picked up the phone and doesn’t follow up when he left messages with the Four Seasons team. I believe it was an empty gesture, which doesn’t surprise me based on the experience we had at dinner.
The food was bland, dishes were filthy, and the service was not up to par for a Four Seasons restaurant at all. Worst of all, we couldn’t hear a word each other was saying because the restaurant was so loud and packed. The only positive experience were the women who were refilling our water and runners delivering our food who were warm and friendly.

We were really looking forward to our evening at The Merchant Room, but unfortunately the experience fell short from start to finish.
We sat at the bar and were initially given a bar bites menu, so we planned to order from that. When we ordered drinks, I wanted to try a dirty martini, but might like extra olive brine. We were told (by Maté) we would be charged extra for olive brine, which felt a bit excessive and set an odd tone right away. The other bartender working said “just make her a tuxedo no 2” which is not at all what I came in wanting.
We were initially given a bar bites menu, so we planned to order from that. After waiting quite a while with no acknowledgment, we were ready to order, flagged the bartenders down, then told we shouldn’t order from that menu and were handed a completely different one, which felt disorganized and confusing. From there, service remained very inattentive. After about 20 minutes without being asked about food, we had to flag down the bartenders again to place our order.
The restaurant, or mainly bar, appeared extremely understaffed, which likely contributed to the lack of service, but the experience still felt unprofessional overall. The food itself was just okay and didn’t make up for the service issues. When I asked about ordering a specific drink for my second drink, the response we received was laughter, which felt dismissive and inappropriate.
Overall, a disappointing and disorganized experience that didn’t match the level of service or professionalism we expected from The Four Seasons.

This experience stood out among a year filled with memorable dining experiences—but unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons. We were excited to visit Gavin Kaysen’s first restaurant inside a Four Seasons property outside of Mara at the Four Seasons Minneapolis, so we made a reservation and drove an hour specifically for the occasion.
Our first impressions were disappointing. The restaurant is located just off the hotel lobby, and the atmosphere felt chaotic and mismatched for what should have been a refined dining experience. The lobby was packed and extremely loud—louder than a busy college bar on a weekend night. There was nowhere to sit while waiting, and we weren’t checked in until after our reservation time, so I had to return to the host stand to inquire about our table.
We were seated directly in front of the bar, which was filled with a loud, visibly intoxicated crowd who were literally shouting throughout most of our meal. It appeared they may have been part of a corporate event, and the space felt overcrowded as a result. We were bumped into multiple times by bar patrons heading to and from the restroom, which made it difficult to relax or enjoy dinner. It was so busy it was hard to stand up and find your way to the restroom.
Service was also underwhelming. Our drinks were never refilled, the food pacing was slow, and the menu explanation felt rehearsed and impersonal. This would have been disappointing at a casual chain restaurant—let alone at a flagship Four Seasons property. Our wine and water glasses were filthy.
The food itself did not justify the pricing. The $54 spaghetti nero was largely flavorless, and the fritto misto was the worst we’ve had—the calamari was over fried to the point of being hard and the accompanying sauce was bland. The short rib was the only highlight, though even that was simply fine, not exceptional. One thing was consistent throughout the night was that each dish was served lukewarm.
Our total came to over $250 for two entrées, one starter, and a single drink each. Those prices can absolutely be justified when the food, service, and atmosphere align—but in this case, all three fell short. While any one of these issues would have been disappointing, the overall energy and atmosphere of the restaurant made the experience feel almost surreal in how misaligned it was with expectations.
Until significant improvements are made, I would recommend dining elsewhere.
