Placed an order yesterday evening and called them right away to make sure they had the ingredients because last time I ordered a sandwich they gave me someone else’s order and the excuse was that they didn’t have the ingredients for what I ordered anyway I called them and they told me that they didn’t have everything and I said OK well can you refund me and cancel it and don’t make it they told me that they can’t and I said why not he said because he doesn’t know how to I said OK well, can you ask a manager too? He said no I’m not gonna bother the manager and then I called today and I spoke to a woman. She told me that who I spoke to yesterday was the manager and that they didn’t wanna help me. I’ve left multiple voicemails and I’m leaving this review because at this point I’m fed up with it every time I order from here it’s been an issue but now they won’t refund me my money for an order I never received and when I called them, they gave me an issue about it. Someone’s being really dishonest, and the fact that they won’t own up to. It is terrible customer service I definitely won’t be supporting the subway in any way shape or form anymore and I’ll gladly remove or change this review once management refunds me my money.

Service by Milan was very good. However the A/C was not working and it has not been working for quite some time. Even though it was cool enough outside, the inside of this place was hot and uncomfortable. This poor woman was sweating up a storm. That's abusive of the owner of this subway to make this lady work there in those conditions. The owner needs to do the decent thing and get that A/C fixed.

Well, only one staff and the lady did not understand either Spanish or English, the place was clean and very quiet but put more people because it took too long.
Bueno, solo un personal y la señora no entendían ni español ni inglés, el lugar estaba limpio y era muy tranquilo, pero ponía más gente porque tardaba demasiado.
