Albeit we gad a good experience I can see why Pollo Tropical is declining as a whole. I don’t know what possessed the CEO to alter the bright green color to a very doll green color. It doesn’t seem “tropical” any longer. Bright colors attract. I tell you what, Pollo Tropical, put me in as CEO and I will run some strategies that will multiply your revenue 3-fold by the end of 2027.
