  I was disappointed with my experience, mainly because of the dining area. It was extremely loud, making it difficult to have a conversation or enjoy the meal. The cashier couldn’t take my order because it was so loud in the kitchen. The noise level really took away from the overall atmosphere. They were all yelling and I couldn’t understand the cashier. This is an everyday occurrence . Especially when I go thru the drive thru, you can hear them yelling in the background . On top of that, the dining area closed earlier than expected, which felt inconvenient and rushed. It was only 9 pm and the girl was closing the doors and the seating area. She was also slamming the chairs around and making loud noises. Unfortunately, these issues made the visit less enjoyable than anticipated. I hope improvements can be made in the future.

  App claims I'm on file but no email sent to reset pw. Attitude at the counter. Order a sandwich but no toppings or alterations are allowed? They left a bone in the small cut of chicken just enough to break a tooth. Always a fun visit yearly...

  I just want to give a big shout-out to the young lady Maria working the drive-thru last night. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude that it honestly made my night better. She took my order carefully, made sure everything was correct, and even double-checked to be sure I had everything I needed. She also offered to try your new cheesy plantain bites. It’s not often you come across customer service this kind and genuine anymore, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for the great service and the warm smile. you’re doing an awesome job!

  Horrible experience. I had an extremely disappointing experience in the drive-thru this morning . I understand fast food can get busy, but that’s no excuse for poor service and a bad attitude. From the moment I placed my order, the young girl sounded annoyed and impatient. I was rushed while ordering, and when I asked a simple question about a menu item, I was met with silence and then an irritated tone. After waiting a long time in line, I finally got to the window only to be handed the wrong order. Her attitude is very nasty. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee barely acknowledged it and acted as if I was being difficult for wanting what I actually paid for. There was no apology, no friendliness, and no sense of customer service.

  The customer service is terrible. I have been to this location several times and the window attendant is always rude. And it's not just one person ever person who works at this location at the window always forget something about my meal and gives me attitude as if it's my fault. I'm not trying to complain but the bare minimum would be at least okay customer service
