The decor and vibe are quirky and fun, almost odd... but fun. The ordering process is very Chipotle/Starbucks, with so many varieties and combos to make a Seattle yuppie blush. The food itself is good. Not wow. Not amazing. But good. Considering tuna is the main focus, that's respectable. The various add-ons are also good. Again, not amazing or mind-blowing. You can have a beer, soda, or any yuppie health drink such as kombucha and so forth. Essentially, much like the aforementioned chains, you're enjoying the experience. ...and that's pretty darn good to me! Will gladly come back 👍🏻👍🏻
