When I asked a simple question about my order, I was met with an attitude instead of help. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone expecting basic respect.
- CECoast EntJan 14, 20261.0This place, let me order pizza from them at night and never delivered the pizza or called to tell me that they couldn’t deliver the pizza and then when I try to get a refund, they said they would refund it and one to two days and I still never got my refund -Then when I called back, they said they would refund it again and it still never got refunded. It took me four times to call them to get a refund from the manager who told me it would still be another five days till I got my refund -terrible service -terrible quality of professionalism on the phone. I’m never gonna order from this place again.

I proceeded to wait. 20 minutes go by then she ask my name again.....checks the warmer and grabs the food that has been sitting there THE WHOLE TIME!! I asked for a refund and left.
