  PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN LA MUJER DE ATRÁS SE NEGÓ A COJERME LA ORDEN SEGÚN PORQUE SI NO LE HABLAS EN INGLÉS NO ENTIENDO COMO PUEDEN TENER ESTE TIPO DE PERSONAS ATRNDUENDO EL PÚBLICO LA SEÑORA DE LA PREPARACIÓN SE ACERCÓ Y AL MENOS ME QUIZO COJEE LA ORDEN LO HIZE PORQUE MI NIÑO ME PIDIÓ UNA PIZA Y LITTLE SEASERS ESTABA CERRADO ,NO RECOMENDARÍA ESTE LUGAR A NADIE

  Best papa johns ive ever had. I think about their pizza all the time and the owners are very nice.

  Placed an online order specifically for stuffed crust, picked it up, went to my friend’s house, and opened the box to find a thin crust instead. Yes, that part is on me for not checking before leaving I own that. What isn’t okay is what happened after. I called the store to let them know, and instead of trying to resolve it, I was argued with. After going back and forth, I finally spoke to a female manager who was extremely rude and actually yelled at me. I don’t know how someone who speaks to customers like that works in the customer service industry, let alone as a manager. Mistakes happen. How you handle them matters and this was handled terribly. Won’t be ordering from this location again. If you want better reviews and repeat customers maybe hire different staff or at least replace that female “manager.”

  Pizza was warm and that was about it. Calamari was a joke at 17.00 dollars. Lesson learned

  Es el peor servicio al cliente que puede existir, llamo para preguntar por mi orden la señorita Tina me dice que no sabe, no sabe cuánto tiempo más va a tardar, me habla con todo estúpido. Este será mi último pedido en esta localidad
