Yes, that part is on me for not checking before leaving I own that. What isn’t okay is what happened after. I called the store to let them know, and instead of trying to resolve it, I was argued with. After going back and forth, I finally spoke to a female manager who was extremely rude and actually yelled at me. I don’t know how someone who speaks to customers like that works in the customer service industry, let alone as a manager. Mistakes happen. How you handle them matters and this was handled terribly. Won’t be ordering from this location again. If you want better reviews and repeat customers maybe hire different staff or at least replace that female “manager.”

My husband was just trying to pick up an order this evening for a customer and this loud and disgusting talking girls (especially the manager) had the AUDACITY to argue by yelling over taking some stupid picture or she wouldn't hand over the order for a customer that ALREADY paid and expected that order at a certain time. My husband was just following prompt in the app that asks for NO PICTURE whatsoever. Even the customer was truly upset over this matter. I swear I almost called the cops for her hostile behavior!!!!! That is not customer service!!!!!!
