- EKEliza KNov 1, 20251.0We ordered breadsticks and wings. Both were received burnt. On top of that, the wings were not cooked in the sauce, the sauce was dumped on the hours old, burnt wings, cold. When we got home, we realized and called the store immediately. We spoke to the manager Josh who was incredibly rude. We asked for a new, unburnt order and he said no, that the ovens were automated and that’s just how the food came out everytime and there was nothing he could do. So according to him, all food that comes out of that store is burnt and that’s fine with him. I found that hard to believe until I looked at the reviews for this store and saw that almost all of the reviews were one star and other furious customers. I have never been treated so incredibly unprofessional by any business ever. He was so rude, dismissed our concerns and our order that was ruined and offered no solution. So we spent $35 on food that had to go directly in the garbage. Completely unacceptable! If I could give zero stars, I would. This makes Papa John’s franchise look terrible! How is this acceptable to the franchise?

Unfortunately i cannot remember his name for the life of me, but the guy with the doodle bob tattoo is the absolute best. The pizza is always hot and fresh with only the best service. Sometimes i don’t even really want pizza that much but I’ll go get it anyways just to stop by and say hi because of how awesome that guy is.

My absolute favorite is their New York style pizza, having a succulent sweet-ish taste that makes it stand out from other kinds of pizza, especially from chain pizza restaurants. They're also very fast and overall service is great! Jessica in particular is always very friendly and diligent. Definite recommend!
