I got the potato to go and didnt realize the condition of the potato until the following day after I took it out of the foil wrapping to break in two to warm up in the microwave. We were the last customers in the restaurant because it close to closing, but I still dnt feel like that should be an excuse. I called management and he said “Im sorry about your potato….then we both sat in silence for about 15 seconds. Then he said “ We can replace it” I advised him that I didn’t not want another back potato I was just letting him about the quality of the food that the kitchen was sending out before I leave my google review. He then proceeds to say “ I can send you out a $10 certificate and it can be used at any location towards your next meal. I thanked him and gave him my information, but I highly doubt that I will be going back to Outback Steakhouse.

Our favorite beverage here for date night is a smoked cinnamon pecan old fashioned for him & lavender lemonade for me. We like to special order our 20oz ribeye medium rare & smoked. Fantastic!
