Your establishment says you’re open 24 seven I understand situations are the way they are sometimes and you can’t go ahead and provide services then change your set up because people who have worked all night are trying to get something in their stomachs and now have to go ahead and try somewhere else at 4:25 in the morning after working a shut down at at a hospital

Terrible place. Not a 24 hour, they are not open not even in regular schedule as stated in the door, not even 40 minutes later, they don’t care to have people waiting for their delay outside and the staff even don’t care. We saw 3 more staffs arriving late and even they did not open having more than enough people to assist walk ins.This happened to us more than three times which means the franchise owner don’t even care not to comply with their promise of service.
