Ordered an egg and cheese biscuit with 2 hash browns and an ice coffee. Took 10 mins for someone to come to the intercom to take my order. Then another 25 mins for my order to be brought out to me- with a missing iced coffee. I didn’t have time to wait so I left. The food is clearly good cause it’s processed, but the service sucks and they’re clearly staffed.

Estuve ahí para que mi hijo comiera un desayuno, me atendió una señora de camisa azul, realmente he ido a otros mc Donald’s en varios lugares del mundo y es la primera vez que me atienden de manera poco amable, no necesitas hablar, pero solo la actitud puede reflejar tu mala atención cion al cliente. Para empezar no saludo, ni devolvió mi saludo. Creo que Mc Donald’s debería de fomentar e instruir a sus trabajadores un mejor servicio al cliente.
I was there so my son could have breakfast. I was served by a woman in a blue shirt. I've been to other McDonald's in various parts of the world, and this is the first time I've received such unfriendly service. It goes without saying; your attitude alone can reflect poor customer service. To begin with, she didn't even greet me, nor did she greet me back. I think McDonald's should encourage and train its employees to provide better customer service.

McDonald’s used to have good coffee. The coffee there tasted like water with a little bit of flavoring. Waste of money. Also, I love ordering kiosks, as they are generally faster and more convenient than waiting in line, but this one was horrible to use. I had to push two or three times on each selection, and the menu was not very straightforward and and it took a good two minutes to order two coffees and an egg McMuffin. Ridiculous.
