    Ordered and picked up a chicken and roast beef sandwich. Horrible. Barely any meat on either sandwich. Dont waste your money

    I get Jimmy John’s a lot and never in my life has a complaint until tonight, Show up at 6pm to get a bootlegger no tomato and add cheese/oregano. The 2 staff seemed to be cleaning up so I gave them a minute to greet me and take the order, guy takes the order and midway through pulled out his phone (whatever, no big deal) I tell him no tomato and add oregano, he asks if I want cheese. I say yes. Put in my number and he gives me the total, I pull out cash and had to of stood there a good 20 seconds before he looked up from texting to take the cash, again no big deal I’m patient. Got change and drink, filled my drink up, go to the bathroom and come back out, at this time the one employee was still texting and the second went over to her phone and was texting as well. At this point they hadn’t even started the food yet. Wait patiently, got food and left, open it up when I got home, had tomatoes on it since he was too busy on his phone to listen. I know I’m a child that doesn’t like tomato but to be dead slow inside the store and proceed to not take “freaky fast” 4 minutes to take a order and make a sandwich and then go back to your phone. Just thought it was astonishing I spent so much time inside the store being the only customer in the establishment…
