Had a great time there last night, food was good but our server (Jamie) was fantastic and definitely had us laughing right from the jump. She gave us a recommendation for a local's bar which turned out to be a blast. Just don't ask her to do the worm! She might hurt herself
Google is limiting characters. I will put full review on TripAdvisor. Quite a few things went wrong, which brought an unpleasant experience to our Valentine’s Day dinner. First, our waitress was very standoffish, and we had to wait quite a bit for service (not food). We had to ask for things rather than being asked. First round of bar drinks were good. I was disappointed with the small seafood tower. It was delivered without the sauces. Then the drawn butter was cold due to non-working fire thing which we had to wait 10 minutes for a replacement. THEN we realized we did not receive the shrimp with it. While waiting, I noticed the crab tasted very “watery”. I was able to squeeze and water poured out. Look at picture (have video but can’t upload it). We also ordered the beef carpaccio which was good. We split a Cesar salad which is the only salad I get when I eat out. I was disappointed with that. The dressing was thin and in our opinion flavorless. We ordered a second round of drinks which were good. For our dinner we both got the same entree (or should have)- the filet that came with a side of espresso butter and with spinach and leeks, and then we ordered a side of mashed potatoes for the table. Mine came out as ordered- but not my husband’s. He was just brought out a filet. No spinach and no leeks. Rather than just keep his steak at the table and bring over what was missing, so we could start eating together, she took his plate away. So mind you, I’m not going to start eating while he had nothing so I had to wait, with my food getting colder. Then she brought him his plate back- same steak, with just the sides added on. By now the mashed potatoes were cold. My espresso butter was melted butter but his was a cold block of the butter. While both of our steaks were perfectly cooked as ordered, when compared to steaks we’ve gotten at other restaurants (just were at Capital Grill for our anniversary), they were very plain tasting as if no seasoning whatsoever had been added to the steaks. By this time I was basically done with the night. I ate a couple of bites and was just done. We got all that boxed to go, and husband got me to order dessert with the salted Carmel espresso drink, to try to continue the night. I went to the restroom while that was being ordered and of course I go into the stall that the cover of the lock was missing, and I had to push my finger into the hole, and push on the sharp point of the lock mechanism inside the hole to get it to lock. Really?? Had to do it again to unlock it. While I was in the bathroom, my husband placed a dessert order and asked for the bill, and then he asked for it to be added to our rewards account because we knew it was gonna be a pricey bill and would give us future points. Without asking us, the waitress did apply the five dollars that we already had on the point system to our bill, and then when she brought it back, she did say “wow, it saved you a whole five dollars.” First of all, I knew it only had five dollars and was not going to use it, which is why I did not ask her to use it. Secondly, I did not need that sarcastic remark. I only wanted her to add this current bill to our points because I knew with the price, we’d have a lot of rewards dollars for the next time we went out at one of the restaurants. I thought that was very disrespectful. Back at the table, I had the creme brûlée and that was good as usual. The espresso drink was creamy but all I tasted was the Baileys and espresso. No vanilla and no salted caramel. Now yes, this is all first world problems, I know. But when my bill is about $490+ including tip…none of that should have gone wrong. I really felt like I wasted my money and wish I had made reservations elsewhere. I’m giving it 2 stars for the drinks and for the carpaccio. The service, the meal fiasco, bathroom, and especially that whole tower and meal fiascos take away the rest of the stars. I think my time at Flemings is over.

After my first visit to Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse years ago, I promised myself never to return. Food and drinks had been, even by Naples’ standards, way overpriced, and the restaurant’s noise level had been almost intolerable. I kept that promise until yesterday, when my wife and I decided to give it, another try.
We were promptly seated per our 7:00 o’clock dinner reservation… at a table set for five.
It was a bit of an awkward moment not knowing exactly how to position ourselves at such a large table, but we made do.
Our server appeared almost instantaneously, introduced herself, removed the excess place settings, brought us sparkling water ($9) and a couple of ice-cold martinis ($16 each).
So far, so-so.
So-so, not just because of our seating, but mostly because the restaurant’s noise was still, after all these years, at that “singles bar” level. We considered leaving then but decided, against our better judgement it turned out, to stay.
The dinner special, consisted of two options: either a petite filet or a bone-in ribeye each with crab stuffed shrimp and a salad. ($68 and $85 respectively) My wife opted for the filet and I chose the ribeye. We also selected an order of Fleming’s Potatoes as a shareable side. ($19)
The Fleming Salad consisted of walnuts, cranberries, onion, Campari tomatoes and a balsamic vinaigrette. Tasty enough but nothing exceptional. So far… so-so.
The timing of the entrées was perfect. Unfortunately, when delivered, mine was placed on the table a bit too close to me. When I pushed the plate away, I scalded my fingers. The manager apologized and said I should have been told my plate was too hot to be touched.
My wife’s medium-cooked filet was juicy and tender. My medium-rare bone-in ribeye was not particularly flavorful or tender. Each steak was served with a dab of spinach and two small, crab stuffed shrimp which were dry and tasteless. The Fleming Potatoes (au gratin potatoes, with a cheddar and Monterey jack blend, leeks and jalapeno) were delicious.
My wife had a second martini, and I opted for a glass of Stags Leap Petit Syrah ($24)
Our coup de grace, was a decadent dessert of Bananas Foster; a creamy, custard-soaked bread pudding with a caramel, rum and banana topping. ($16 each)
Our overall dining experience was not good. Poor value for the price, inconsistent food quality, unrefined atmosphere and noise, and service snafu does not equate to a high-end steak house experience. Our total for the evening with taxes and tip was $365.00.

We recently purchased a place in SW Florida and our Daughter and her husband came to town for the first time. The four of us went to dinner and the food was ok at best. My wife's steak was over cooked and I had the Seabass which was good but it was extremely small. The service was fantastic. A table of four with tip was $475 and the food was just ok. Very disappointed and should have gone to 5th Avenue.

We had heard high praise of Flemming’s And had high anticipations; we were very disappointed:
- At first, SERVICE seemed to be efficient, with a waiter attending our table within seconds, but that was short-lived and we had to wave desperately to be attended. We came in at 8:30 PM, and by 9:15, the main focus of waiters was To clear tables for the next service; obviously they didn’t want to miss the 10 PM closing time
– the cutlery does not correspond to the level of this restaurant and would better fit a cafeteria.
– The cutlery that was brought to us was not clean, Showing Water stains, and in two cases, grease stains.
- The Tomahawk steak was of a good size, not Pittsburgh as we had requested, but, above all, the meat was definitely not of superior quality, not marbled and light in color
- The salads were cafeteria level
– there was only one type of bread
– The side orders were not any better, the brussels sprouts were half roll And the famous mashed potato was lukewarm.
– S for desserts, the crème brûlée was cold, obviously of the shelf, and the New York cheesecake was half frozen.
… We liked the furniture, but the lighting does not correspond to the restaurant positioning.
We probably are not the only ones disappointed as the restaurant was 30% full when we And we were The before last customers to leave at 9:15, nearly an hour before closing time.
We will definitely avoid any Flemming‘s restaurant in the future
