  I used to love coming here specially since I work in the sane plaza. But seems like it gets worse every week. My bagel is always over toasted like hard and super crunchy but what drove me to write this negative is the complete lack of customer service on this place and how rude they are. Whoever was taking drivethru order on February 18, 2026 at around 5:39 am needs to be retrained immediately, i understand is early in the morning but there is no need for a nasty attitude over the speaker. When I was clearly still ordering she kept saying “anything else”, obviously if you let me speak. Never coming back here and it sucks cause I love dunkin

  Look at these reviews. Listen to the customers. This could be such a nice Dunkin' and really valuable to the community it's in. I only stop here when I absolutely have no other choice. I've actively driven to other Dunkins out of my way or gone somewhere else for my coffee because of how poorly managed this place is. For the most part, several staff members are doing what they can—you can see it. As far as I can tell, there's ONE person making this place awful: the large older woman who is the manager. I'm almost positive she purposely messes up orders out of spite. It seems like anything she can do to be rude, she does. The fact that this is the worst-rated Dunkin' in Naples and yet this lady continues to run it is WILD.

  The woman at the counter who wears glasses has the worst attitude. The dining room was filthy and I asked her to clean my table off and she said she would but never did. Will not be back.

  Just went through the drive thru. Ordered a decaf latte with almond milk. Got some watered down coffee with some kind of cream. Can’t confirm its decaf or it’s even almond milk. What a disappointment. Nobody answers the phone when called.

  I don’t usually leave reviews but I clearly see everyone has the same issue as I do with this Dunkin donut. There’s a this one employee, I wish I got her name, shes very nasty. I went over there because they decided they wanted to give me hot water instead of hot chocolate. I simply asked the employee to check if the powder for hot chocolate was in the machine because this happened before where it wasn’t and they apologized and said it was low and went ahead and made me a new one. She got nasty with me so when I went back to the store to either have them remake or give my money back, she calls the cops because she didn’t like the name I said she was acting like. If you can’t provide good customer service, then don’t work at a fast food restaurant. We’re all humans, just take accountability and fix the problem then make the situation worst or argue with a customer because you think you’re right or going through something.
