I don’t normally leave reviews but bro.. hot “chocolate” (quite literally just steamed milk) got remade and then was just hot water. Ive worked in the fast food industry before so i understand the struggles, but for this to be a consistent issue for multiple people is just not okay. All in all, i wouldn’t recommend going to this dunkin, save your money for a different spot.

They messed up our order so many times and then they we’re very rude to us but especially Maria was very rude to us don’t recommend and then the people working that day were all laughing at us for No reason. And they also made us PAY for a CUP OF WATER

The staff where dismissive and unfriendly, the coffee I ordered had almost no coffee in it and straight up tasted like milk, and when I received my iced coffee the cup was about 40% full of air. I'm beyond annoyed and won't be going back to this location, or potentially dunkin' at all.
