She did not disclose the drink I selected was cold only even though I was inquiring for a hot coffee. Onced preped, confused I told her the drink was supose to be hot and she gave me an attitude and said the drink i selected only came cold and walked away. Very disappointed in service

Travel on the road trying to make time and the workers has no sense or urgency. More training suggestws to meet peek time lunch hour rush.
