Tried being nice to him, but he wasn’t having it. Annoyed to take my order. All I wanted was a donut and munchkins for my kid. No hello, no thank you…major attitude. Bad for your business. I get it people have bad days, but this went beyond that.
- PGPedro GonzalezOct 15, 20253.0Not a regular of this particular location but normally whenever I used to come here there would be one of two amazing, nice and beautiful girls at the front of the store, one is a red haired girl and the other is call Daniela, i think that is her name, im not sure, but on the morning of this past Monday i went to get my medium black coffee and was greeted with a woman that glared at my up and down like saying what the heck was i doing there, I proceeded to try and place my order with her and she wouldn’t even look at me and instead kept organizing the donuts rackets, when i asked how much was it she gave me and actitud and said if i couldn’t read the screen, I didn’t want to argue so I just paid and tried to keep up with my day when I saw one of the girls that is normally at the front asking something at the one that was on the front and that woman just ignored her and gave her a nasty look, i feel disappointed to see this especially when I found that that person has a record with the Miami police, i just feel like Dunkin should really step up their hiring process.
