Soo RUDE, first, they got my order wrong whatever doesn’t matter mistakes happens. Then due to poorly described food item the order had to be changed and instead of kind I’m sorry we’ll fix it for you . I got a nasty rolling eyes, elevated tone and statement saying that’s all what you needed to say. Will not be back. Do not recommend

Yelling across the room saying it was my fault for ordering the wrong sandwich . Even after apologizing the took it on the young employee. I guess Starbucks it is.

Took order left to make coffees came back and left on counter. We were the only ones in the store. It was empty. ZERO COURTESY. SO SO SAD. NEVER SPOKE A WORD TO US AT ALL. NEXT TIME ILL GO TO PANERA.
