- KOKris Occhipinti2 days ago1.0Server wasn't very friendly. They tried to charge me $15 for an $11 burrito. They tried to sneak a but of extra charges on to my bill. Luckily I looked at the receipt before I left. The bathroom was out of toilet paper and the garbage was over flowing.

It wasn't ready until after 8 p.m. The service is terrible. A lot of people complain about this place. We will never order food from there again.

Not sure if it’s the language barrier or what? The employees didn’t even know what vinaigrette was! How is that possible at a chipotle!?? Also- 30 dollars for two bowls ( no guac/ no drinks) is scary! At least give hefty portions at that price.

This is the third straight time that they screwed up our order and they completely screwed you over on portions sizes. My bowl this time is literally half of what a normal bowl is at Chipotle. - EEelenaOct 18, 20251.0Last night my boyfriend and I went to pick up our mobile order in the drive thru. When we got home, we realized that they had completely made my order wrong. Instead of white rice, steak, pinto beans, and cheese they put white rice, pork, black beans, and cheese. So, we went back to get the order remade and the girl helping us let us know that they were completely out of steak, which was fine. Instead, I asked for a refund so that way I could go get food somewhere else. After I asked, she went over and told someone we were asking for a refund and he walked over and asked if he could remake it. I told him that since they are out of steak, a refund would be fine. He then told me that they were not out and they had some in the drive thru corner. They ended up remaking the bowl for me and reading off the order, white rice, steak, pinto beans, and cheese. When my boyfriend and I got in the car, we checked the bowl and they somehow added corn into it, something that wasn’t on my order and the guy didn’t even list when he read out my order. I didn’t want to be a pain so I went home and picked out the corn. This should not have happened at all and I hope action is taken training wise for employees.
