- TCTugba Ciftci5 days ago1.0I’m writing this review out of genuine concern. Three days ago, I ate at this location, and while ordering I noticed how dirty and black the flat top grill was. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time, and all the chicken and steak were being cooked on the same surface. Unfortunately, I got sick the same day I ate there and have been experiencing nausea and vomiting for the past three days. I’m still not fully recovered. Food safety and cleanliness are extremely important. Please be careful, this is not something to take lightly. I hope management takes this seriously and improves cleaning and sanitation practices to protect customers.

The restaurant is consistently dirty; food scattered on the floor, tables with dried, caked-on messes, and a general feeling that it simply isn’t being cleaned between customers. It’s uncomfortable to sit and eat when the dining area looks neglected. The food quality has slipped as well. The flavors are pretty mediocre now, and the portion sizes have noticeably shrunk compared to what they used to be. For the price, it just doesn’t feel worth it anymore. I don’t know why I kept giving this location more chances, but yesterday was probably my last visit unless they make a real effort to clean the restaurant and improve both food quality and portion sizes. Disappointing overall.
