  My first experience at CAVA and I loved it! Fresh, tasty, healthy ingredients full of flavor at a reasonable price in a clean atmosphere with friendly staff. I think I’m going to buy some stock in the company. I see them expanding stores nationwide.

  Unfortunately, my recent visit was extremely disappointing. When I went to pick up my order, I realized that multiple items were missing. On top of that, I found scraps in my food, which was very concerning. I spoke with the head manager hoping for a resolution, but the support provided was poor and dismissive. Given the issues with food quality and customer service, this experience was very poor.

  I picked up a pretty big order today and felt a bit bad for placing such a large order, but the staff was very helpful and quickly put everything together despite its size. My family and I loved the food. This is a great establishment, and I will definitely be coming back soon!

  I usually love this place and have been craving it for days, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I placed an online order to pick up. When I returned home, I noticed the bowl I received was noticeably underfilled, with barely making up nearly half of it. Even items I requested double portions of appeared closer to half portions instead. The order felt rushed and careless, which is frustrating given the cost. I’ve had great experiences here before, so I’m hoping this was just a one-time issue, but consistency and portion accuracy definitely need improvement.

You can customize everything exactly how you want it, and somehow it always turns out incredible. The grilled meats are tender and flavorful, the falafel is perfectly crispy, and the spreads (especially the hummus, tzatziki, and harissa) are addictive. Their sauces deserve a shout-out alone—they elevate the entire meal. What really sets CAVA apart is how satisfying it is without feeling heavy. You leave full, energized, and not sluggish, which is rare for fast-casual food. It’s the perfect mix of healthy, filling, and genuinely delicious. The staff is consistently friendly and efficient, the restaurant is clean and well-designed, and the ordering process is smooth even when it’s busy.
