  We had a great time at the Carrabba’s off Tamiami. Our server Sylvia got us all squared away real quick, the food and service were great. She didn’t have to look up anything, she knew all the answers to our questions and was able to help pick the right drinks from the happy hour menu. We enjoyed not having to wait for her ever, she came around at the right time each time. Thank you for a great night.

  Visited from Oklahoma. Was staying in a local hotel and figured this chain restaurant was a safe pick since we do not know local spots. The hostess was maybe adequate in that she took us to our table, definitely not friendly. Our waitress started out friendly and brought us drinks but then disappeared and someone else brought us bread who didn't say a word to us, just came to do their job and left. We were seconds from walking out before the waitress finally came back to take our order. My kids ran out of tea and she said she'd bring more but had to be tracked down by the hostess. They finally got more to drink after we'd all been eating for several minutes. And she brought them all new cups and straws for their refill!! In a place that I'd expect ocean conservation to be a high priority, she wasted 2 extra Styrofoam cups and straws for no reason, convenience I guess. There were no prices on the kids menu which seems sneaky. The food was okay-to-good. For a place this expensive the experience was subpar. One of those places where you feel like you're inconveniencing them by visiting.

  It is not often that a restaurant delivers consistency on all fronts, including great service, varied specialties, tasty menu options and fair pricing, but Carrabbas Italian Grill located at 12631Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34113 does just that. I frequent it often and have never been disappointed. A special shout-out to Sylvia, my all time favorite server who excels at her job with courtesy and sincere joy, she is truly special.

  Me and my wife recently tried Carrabba’s for the first time ever and our server Andros was kind enough to take his time giving recommendations and explaining certain items on the menu.We started off with the new bread stick tower and tasty marinara,I had the lasagna and my wife had the Caesar salad.We found this experience to be very welcoming and we will definitely be returning to try more of the recommendations.

  We had a great experience at Carrabba’s, and a big reason why was our server Andros. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time without ever feeling rushed. He checked in at just the right moments, made great recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly. The food was delicious, and the service truly made the meal even better. Andros was professional, kind, and welcoming, definitely someone who represents Carrabba’s well. We’ll be back and hope to have him as our server again!
