  Ice cream was delicious. Disappointed in the way the workers yelled at elderly customers to shut the front door because they were holding it open too long. Very unprofessional. Could have asked kindly even if they had to ask a couple of times. We are the ones that bring in the business after all.

  When I visited Ben and Jerry’s recently, I expected it to be a simple stop for ice cream, but it turned into an experience I truly appreciated. The shop had a fun, welcoming energy, and the delicious smell of fresh waffle cones immediately set the tone. More than anything, though, what made the visit memorable was the excellent service I received. Jack and Ember, the two workers on shift, were not only professional but also warm and personable, making the entire trip feel special rather than routine. Jack was the first to greet me, and his friendliness immediately stood out. He asked about my day, smiled genuinely, and made me feel like more than just another customer walking in. His positive energy made the atmosphere even brighter, and he was quick to offer help when I looked over the long list of flavors. Ember added to the experience with her own enthusiasm and attention to detail. She listened carefully when I explained what kinds of flavors I usually enjoy and recommended a couple of options that turned out to be perfect. What impressed me most was how smoothly Jack and Ember worked together as a team. Even though the store was busy, they managed to keep the line moving without ever making customers feel rushed. They laughed, shared lighthearted conversation with the people waiting, and never lost their patience. Their upbeat energy filled the room and created a sense of community. It was clear that they both cared about the people they were serving and took pride in making the experience enjoyable. The quality of the ice cream was, of course, excellent, but it was the service that truly stood out. A great product is always enjoyable, but when it is paired with employees who genuinely care about customers, it becomes unforgettable. Jack and Ember showed that good customer service isn’t just about efficiency—it’s about creating a positive, lasting impression. Because of them, my visit felt less like a transaction and more like a moment to enjoy and remember. In the end, I left Ben and Jerry’s feeling not only satisfied but also uplifted. Jack and Ember turned a casual stop for dessert into something much more meaningful by showing kindness, patience, and enthusiasm. Their outstanding service has stayed with me, and it has made me excited to return in the future. I know that when I go back, I won’t just enjoy great ice cream—I’ll also receive the same welcoming treatment that made this visit so memorable.
