Too often I see places where the sauce has sat for too many hours or days (think ZaZa, a mistake of monumental proportions) and becomes super acidic, or the dough and/or sauce is right from a can that makes it taste like tasteless mush. This chef cares, he has the knowledge and the experience to make a great dish and it shows. Is the Pizza worthy of a Michelin mention, probably not. Does it taste good? Yes. Is the price point reasonable? Absolutely. Are you going to be "pizza sick" later? Nope. Its a hidden, undiscovered Naples Gem, whispered amongst locals looking for a deal and good food. Pssssst, (locals only) pass it on.

I had a meatball parm sub and it was very good. The bread was excellent, soft on the inside, and a bit crispy on the outside. The meatballs were flavorful, and the sauce was excellent. I can’t wait to go back and try everything else!
