So Impressed! I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich a couple days back and got home to see it was the wrong sandwich so I called the store and they told me to just come back will re make it no questions asked! I forgot to go up there and it has been a couple days since the incident so I was nervous to ask them to re make it but I decided to try. I pull up and tell the manager what had happened and he started apologizing and asked me what I needed! I told him it was just the sandwich that was wrong but he insisted he would give me a whole meal to make up for what happened. I was so thankful and he made sure everything was fresh as well you could tell the fries were right out of the fryer very hot and fresh. This act of kindness of going beyond means has made my whole day. So shout out to the manager DALLAS for being a hard and amazing worker. I appreciate you very much.
