Durin a recent visit to Arbys we brought in a few of the coupons that we received in our mail. After paying and looking at the receipt, I noticed that the cashier had not taken off the coupons. As our purpose that evening of eating at Arbys was using the coupons, I was a bit upset and decided to write corporate.
I was cooresponded back by Duane K. the Area Supervisor for Arby's. He showed compashion about our injustice and offered us 2 free shakes (our original coupons were for .30 off a shake.).
Tonight (2/14) after my wife got off work we decided to stop by and take Duane up on the offer. I spoke with GM Watson and he knew all about our issue and gave us our order. We talked for a moment and thanked him for the shakes. He handled the situation perfectly and made us feel like a valued customer.
I cant thank Duane and Watson enough for their care in this matter. It was'just a coupon' but Watson made sure the issue was resolved and our conversation made me and my wife feel like he sincerely wanted us to make a return visit. THAT is how you get repeat business....you make your customers feel valued.
Thank you Duane and Watson. We will be back. :)

I haven't been here in a while. I've tried the steak bites. It is real steak! It's good! I thought it was going to be Gristle or like the McRib. I was wrong.. it's good stuff. I also had the chicken cordon bleu. This was one of my favorites. It is still good. All of the steak bites are gone, the chicken cordon bleu is excellent. Please bring back the steak bites.
