- ACArnold ChuMar 14, 20262.0We never used to have a problem here until about 2 months ago. Now when I ask for oat milk in the coffee, they will sneakily use regular milk. We won't find out until it's too late. This causes a really bad digestive reaction for my wife and I.

I specifically asked for the chocolate cold foam with strawberry and oat milk drink I’m a little unsure the exact name of the drink. However I did not receive that and instead just got a regular strawberry and oat milk drink even though the lady who took my order repeated it and it was on my receipt. That was rather irritating considering she repeated and not only that I also asked for the 10 munchkins mixed with without the blueberry munchkins since I’m severely allergic and while she said “ok no blueberry munchkins” I received the blueberry munchkins regardless and while I don’t mean to get anyone fired she was a lady most likely Latin American with black hair in a pony tail who works in the morning at this dunkin. I hope this doesn’t happen again have a good evening.
