I tried to add something at the speaker before pulling up but she didn’t respond back to me, so I pulled up and added the 2 items I forgot( no one was behind us in the drive thru). The lady at the window was very rude from the moment I pulled up and her coworker that was sweeping wasn’t any more respectful . The lady at the window who took my payment method (she had black hair) had an air pod in one ear with the head set on the other ear. So I kept having to repeat myself to her. Not a very good customer service at all!

Every time I go in—whether they’re busy or slow—I’m met with the rudest cashier, an older woman with a New York accent. God forbid you ask for a simple modification to your order, because she acts like it completely ruins her day. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. She could really use some training on how to speak to paying customers.
