  Ive never had such a poor experience at a Dunkin' Donuts in my 26 years of living. When I politely asked for a small container of cream cheese, she proceeded to ring it up and insisted I pay for what should have already been on there. She even rolled her eyes at me when I had been nothing but calm and polite. I highly recommend going down the street for better quality and service.

  I wanted to give a recognition to the girl at the drive-thru window at the Immokalee location near Seed to Table. I tried calling the store to let her manager know but noone answered. She was awesome, so sweet and bubbly and made our day brighter. I wish I knew her name. She was blonde with glasses. Keep up the great customer service and spreading joy to others. You are making a difference. Thank you!

  Fui a este Dunkin y la atención fue muy mala. El personal fue grosero y poco profesional. No me sentí bien atendido y la experiencia fue desagradable. Definitivamente necesitan mejorar el trato al cliente. No lo recomiendo.

  I ordered a toasted croissant with butter on the side. I got a cold non toasted croissant instead. I stopped going to this establishment as most of the time they get the order wrong due to them not paying attention and having conversations. This establishment is all about tips if you don’t tip they talk crap about in Spanish. Gave them another chance…..got the order wrong again. Dunkin on Grande Oak and Alico are spot on and personable, customer oriented.
