Wonderful meal! My sister and I had lunch here on a rainy day in April. I ordered a glass of wine recommended by our server, and when it came, I found it too sweet for my taste. I didn’t want to complain, but my sister called the manager over and he immediately took my wine away and brought out a sample of a dryer white wine which I tasted and approved. He- Charles- was so nice and accommodating! Our server, Jeffrey, was happy to arrange for us to split both the wedge salad ( amazingly delicious!) and the Sicilian Shrimp Spaghetti dish. Even split, we could hardly finish our portions!

Rhonda is one of the best servers in Naples having worked at both Brio and Bravo before it closed. She is a very caring ,efficient, and kind person. Her service was wonderful tonight as usual. Whatever Restaurant hires her after the closing of Brio will be fortunate to have her on their staff. I look forward to her good service at whatever new restaurant she works at best of luck to her Sharon Cohan with Berkshire Hathaway real estate.

I wish I could rate this place a zero. Sat inside at 3:21 on 3/26z Wasn’t greeted for 20 minutes and a table walked in after us and was greeted and watered with in 3 minutes of seating. Servers walked past us. Servers at the food window looking at us not doing a single thing to see if we were being helped or anything. I asked for a manager no one showed up. Then our server appeared did not introduce himself, didn’t even apologize and asked what we wanted to drink. Asked for waters and that even took a while. The manager still didn’t come out. We decided to just leave and address the matter at the host stand to the gentleman, bald, wearing a button down thinking he was a manager he wasn’t. Told us that the manager that was suppose to come to us was in a cooperate meeting ?? Wonder if he was the supervisor knowing if he was suppose to watch the floor and take initiative.

We had high expectations for Brio Italian Grille given the location and beautiful ambiance—but the experience fell well short. We arrived on time for a 6:45 reservation and waited nearly 20 minutes while watching multiple parties (including walk-ins) get seated ahead of us. When I asked the hostess, a table suddenly became available—no apology, just attitude. Service didn’t improve from there. It took 30 minutes for the manager, Ceasar, to come over after we requested him, and he was completely dismissive. A poorly made margarita that was sent back still showed up on the bill. The most concerning part was the wine. We ordered Caymus by the bottle, were told a confusing story about it only being available by the glass, and ultimately discovered they don’t actually serve the Caymus listed—just a lower-tier version presented as such. Food was underwhelming for the price. My rack of lamb and my wife’s filet were both underseasoned and mediocre. The only standout was the lasagna, which was excellent—and ironically the least expensive dish we ordered. For the price point and Naples dining scene, this was a disappointing experience. Plenty of better options nearby—we won’t be back.We had high expectations for Brio Italian Grille given the location and beautiful ambiance—but the experience fell well short.

I planned a business lunch for 18 people at Brio Italian Grille in Naples, Florida and it was a complete disaster. I had coordinated everything in advance with their Regional Sales Director to make sure there were preset salads to be served upon arrival, pre-selected entrées and desserts, one large table, and a strict 1.5-hour time frame. All of this was confirmed over email. When the group arrived, the staff had no idea about our event. The table wasn’t properly set, water wasn’t even served, and there was zero organization. At one point, staff told our guests that the food had been delivered to a hotel, which was never mentioned at any point in our planning. Multiple staff members gave conflicting and inaccurate information throughout, making the situation even more frustrating and unprofessional. What’s most disappointing is that two weeks later, we still have not received any response from management, despite multiple calls and emails. I cannot believe this is a chain restaurant given the level of service we experienced. I would not recommend this location for any business or group event.
