  We had the most wonderful dining experience at Bistro La Baguette. Our server, Shannon, had a great personality and was on top of all elements of our order. The food was perfection - from the scallop appetizer, and the beet appetizer to the rack of lamb and Chateaubriand and profiteroles for dessert, we couldn’t have asked for a more deliciously prepared meal. The intimate setting, strolling violinist (James), and spectacular wine list added to our wonderful evening out at this hidden treasure! Valerie, the owner, has created a memorable spot to enjoy her French cuisine.

  Was a little disappointed when the onion soup came out barely warm and thequiche as well. And it wasn't slammed busy either....

  In my opinion the owner ruined our evening! Seems this is not unusual behavior for her or her husband. (Read other reviews). The food was great, the service was great, and it seems they have some new renovations and the atmosphere is good. We ordered our dessert in advance and said we would be taking it home. When we finished our meal the waiter started setting the table for dessert and we reminded him we were taking home. He seemed concerned and left and then the owner came out. She told us we couldn't take it home? We explained that is how we ordered it and if we couldn't take it home, we didn't want it. Then she started to yell at us and went into a rant into the kitchen. The waiter, my guests, and myself were appalled at her behavior. On a previous occasion I had a conversation with her husband about being surprised with a credit card charge. He stated everyone is doing it (not true and it seems they didn't this last time). I calmly explained that the law was an establishment must some where state there will be this charge and restaurants usually put that on the menu. He yelled at me and told me if I didn't like it, call the cops! In my opinion, there is something unprofessional about these folks. We will never be back!
