Then the system to get a refund is automated, they sent me a form to fill out the items I was missing a DAY later. They issued me a refund for $8 to a loyalty card. I’m not even from around here, I just want my money back to the card I paid with. I can’t even contact anybody to get my money back, I just got out of surgery. All I wanted was my salad because I can’t eat. I definitely will be disputing the charge since my order was not fulfilled and was unable to resolve the matter.

The line wasn’t moving at all, and because of how the drive-thru is set up, there was no way to exit once you’re in. After waiting about 20 minutes, an employee finally came outside to take my order. When I asked what was going on, he told me he had been inside taking pictures. Meanwhile, multiple cars were stuck in the drive-thru with no explanation and no way to leave. This felt extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of customers’ time. If the drive-thru is not being serviced, there should at least be a sign or someone directing cars so people don’t get trapped in line. Very disappointing experience.
