  I always come to that pollo tropical and I couldn’t wait to do that review .Miss Pierre has such an excellent voice and always great me so professional.the food is great and I love the soup very much .i will always come back as soon as my experience don’t change .thank you

  I went to the drive thru around 2pm to buy some food I met with Ms. Pierre at the drive thru window she was very professional and made me feel welcome ,she have such a pleasant voice I would recommend anybody to go eat at that location because of the great service I received from her and the food was very good,chicken was well seasoned

  This is the second or third time my order is wrong at this North Lauderdale Pollo Tropical on the corner of 80th ave. and McNab Rd. I ordered the #2 all the way and I got some lettuce, rice, black beans and chicken. Plus I used the drive thru so I wouldn’t have to get out the car, I was in a hurry on my way to work and was told to drive around to the entrance and someone will bring the order out. It’s approx 1:20 pm. No one bought out my order and I’m waiting, I get out in full uniform to run in to grab my order, speaking to a slender built brown lady I assume was the manager leaning on the counter looking at her cell phone, she asks the drive thru lady who appears to be very pregnant, what is she waiting on, “oh she said, we had to fry the tostones, which was already up just sitting in the fryer basket. They packed my bag and I grab it never checking my Tropi Chop, which was a disappointment when I got to work to see this is not at all what I ordered. I called the number on the website and it sends you to customer service, now I’m realizing these people never gave me a receipt either, I’m explaining to the representative on the phone, she said how did you pay, I said “oh with my card,” she asked the last digits of the card and placed me on a brief hold, came back to the phone some minutes later to say, “the store manager said they looked at the drive through receipts and they found no receipt matching your order between 1:20 - 1:34. Please explain my time stamped credit card transaction at that location today 12/24/25, Cooperate check the cameras. Unbelievable, this place is trash, today is Christmas Eve, I work until midnight, I usually try to make or prepare my lunch for each day, just because of businesses like this that hire anybody off the street and don’t care if your order is correct or not. This is the last time I will patronize with Pollo tropical, I will not spend my hard earned money to be dissatisfied and disappointed with something I didn’t order. I will also inform my neighbors and my North Lauderdale City Hall Committee about this establishment. I will also inform fight this transaction on my credit card since you all can’t find a transaction, I will most definitely dispute the charge of $14.32, it’s the principal of the matter. I would not recommend this particular Pollo Tropical to no one. Highly Unsatisfied Customer, Angela B.
