  I had a really great experience here. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out pretty quickly. The grilled chicken was juicy and the sides were well seasoned. The staff was also very friendly and made the atmosphere feel welcoming. I would definitely come back again.

  Esta es la tercera vez de muchas ordenes que mi familia hace, ya sea un pollo familiar o un family dúo y en dos ocasiones he tenido que ir a reclamar porque el pollo llega incompleto, esta noche mi esposo fue a comprar pollo y llegó con menos pollo, como que se hizo costumbre ! Y me cansé de esto, esta vez no fuimos a reclamar ya es demasiado, mi orden fue la #112600. Me imagino en las familias que viven lejos y se llevan la decepción de no encontrar lo que pagaron. Tomen control en este asunto por favor.

  Horrible service the only one in my location and they just drop the ball. The lack of conversation amongst the workers . I place my order and order should have be ready to go at 704 but I leave at 720pm. And I had to fight for the complete order . They didn't understand I was needing my mojo roast that the did not give me and they kept insisting I am missing my plantains when there in the bag. The fact as I watched my food sit there and never be handed to me . And all they can do is blame each other

  This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. The person working at the register didn’t even say good evening back to me, even though I greeted them first. I arrived, said hello, and wished them a good evening — they never responded. The staff seemed unmotivated and uninterested. The food took too long to come out. I asked for sauces and was only given three. Then another customer behind me asked for the same sauce and was given around ten. They also didn’t give us our drinks. When I asked for my soda, I was given a cup filled with very hot soda, with not a single piece of ice. When I politely asked for ice, I was given a bad look and handed a separate cup of ice. One staff member who appeared to be pregnant was the one who handed me the sauces and the extremely hot drink without ice. I literally just left this place, and I would never go back again. The service was truly horrible.
