The young lady with braces at the drive thru always have an attitude and will have you leave the drive thru to wait in the parking lot for a long time before bringing the correct order out and the food still remains at room temperature rather than fresh hot food.

I'm not sure if they had run out of rice or what happened, but it left me quite dissatisfied. I ended up having to prepare some rice myself. Additionally, the chicken was burnt. Moving forward, I will ensure to inspect my food before departing from the restaurant.
