I went outside to wait for the driver—it’s important to mention that this store uses its own drivers. I started waiting before 8:40. By 9:20, the order still hadn’t arrived. We called, and they said the driver was 6 minutes away, so I kept waiting, but they never showed up. At 9:30, the order was marked as delivered on Uber, even though it wasn’t. I was still outside waiting. We called again, and they said the gate had a code, that the driver called me, and I didn’t answer—but in reality, I was standing outside the gate the entire time, and he never showed up or called me. I tried to contact Uber Eats, but it was difficult since this location uses its own delivery drivers. That’s why I’m leaving this review—because of the terrible service and lack of communication. We had to call multiple times to get a solution, since there was no reason I should lose $38 after waiting outside and never receiving the order. They never reached out—we had to do all the calling ourselves. After insisting so much, they finally completed the delivery around 10:00, saying they would resend their driver.

Was told driver had flat tire, had to send a second driver to get the pizzas and would be here in 15-20 minutes. It is now 24 minutes later and still no order. I was offered a store credit for the inconvenience. I will never order delivery again from this store and will probably just take my business was elsewhere.
