The entire restaurant looked dirty and the women's bathroom was disgusting. I watched the whole crew making orders and it looked like they were moving in slow motion. It was actually bizarre to watch. We didn't even have a complicated or large order, and somehow they still managed to not put the chips in our bag for the chips and queso. The whole crew including managers need to be replaced. This location is the opposite of fast food

While I waited I watch 3 employees prioritize the drive through while the online orders sat on the counter getting cold. Once something was said to the employees they finally got the orders out. If you can not handle the online orders in the process of orders please take your self off the list of online. You not only are serving cold food but you are making it hard on the drivers.
