- VVVanceJan 30, 20261.0I placed an online order for McDonald's in Mulberry, Florida. I arrived in about 15-20 minutes. Upon arriving, I was told to park and they will bring the food out. 15-20 minutes later, someone brought out my order and I simply asked why an online order took forever. The guy looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and walked away. This is absolutely wrong and I have been trying to go back to MacDonald's more since they are working to get prices lower, but this tells me that prices are still well elevated and customer service is non existent. Even though that branch in mulberry is much closer for me, I will not go back there. Please make me this right. Thank you, Vance Hamilton
