Called store for help,but for the majority of the call the manager refused to accept accountability and told me I didn’t place my order with their store. Email confirmation that I received proves I placed order at their store. Very dissatisfied with the service I received. I ordered those pizzas for a party at my kid’s school. Now lunch is going to be over an hour late. If your company is going to cancel an order, you should give the customer advance notice. Why didn’t I receive call at 11:45 saying my order was canceled?
