I was over charged and half of the order was not included in the bag. It was a buy one get one free deal and both sandwiches were ordered exactly the same I was charged 5 Moore than he menu price. I called Charley’s and spoke to a very polite employee, Adam. I explained my sandwich not being in the bag and was told he had no record of order and on top of things I was Hung up on when I called about refunding my money but mostly it’s been over an hour and no sandwich. I will not be ordering again.
