  This is my second time coming in but I have ordered the tropical dragon passion before and its delicious, fresh tasting, refreshing, and just what I need to start my day. I added strawberry Boba this time for a little extra kick and I loved it. Shaunte was at the register and was excellent.

  This location has gone way downhill. I’m super disappointed and don’t think I’ll be coming back. The app does not let you add extra turbinado so I paid for all of the extra things I wanted to order to be put into my smoothie except for the extra turbinado. Then I called and asked them to please put in the extra turbinado since it doesn’t give you that option in the app. I was told I would have to pay for it when I got there, which is fine, but I asked if they could go ahead and put the extra turbinado in before I got there since they would be making my drink before I got there. I was told they would do so. Upon arriving, I paid for the extra turbinado and got my drink only to realize that they had not put the extra turbinado in there. So you made me pay for it because the app wouldn’t let me add it and you still didn’t add it.

  I paid extra to have Nutella on my acai bowl and received none. I was the only customer and the only order at time of pickup. I placed an order for pickup and when I arrived it was ready. When I took it to the car to eat it before I ran to an appointment, I realized it had no Nutella. I went back in and was told that the Nutella is now on top of the acai but under all the toppings instead of drizzled across the top. I went back out to my car and brushed aside all the toppings and found zero Nutella. Nothing in my bowl was chocolate or brown or in any way could have possibly been Nutella. I was disappointed especially because it's an up charge, but didn't have the energy to run in a third time and continue to argue about it. The acai bowls have gotten smaller as the price has gone up and up and up. I will not be back to this location and may discontinue purchasing from tropical smoothie as a company.

  I stopped this morning at this location with some special needs clients .Shante and another young man was working. The two of them was so great and patience with my clients and I’m so happy the two of them was there this morning. This is the only location I will take them for now own .

  I always have amazing experiences at Tropical Smoothie in mount dora! The smoothies were delicious and refreshing, but what truly made my visit special was the outstanding service from Shante. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s always a pleasure to be served by someone so warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!
