  If I could give a negative stars I would every time I go there they mess up the order. Very rude when taking orders then you try and tell them it’s messed up and the manager wants to sit there and argue with you this McDonald’s has went down hill so fast

  Picked up breakfast before appointment. No thank you or acknowledgement. Went to eat, no fork. Can't eat biscuits & gravy with my hands. Went inside. Waited 5 minutes at counter. Three different people looked at me, and went the other way. Finally got someone's attention after 3 excuse me please. Went to drink my coffee, lid didn't fit cup. Coffee all over my shirt. Quite a frustrating morning due to poor customer service. I realized it's fast food. However, owner and managers... You need to do better with your customer service training.

  Complained my burger that was suppose to tomatoes on it didn't have them. The manager had a bad attitude about fixing it

  Asked for my food to be made fresh from the start and didn’t mind waiting, which is why they had me park. After waiting, they still brought out old food and I had to go back around to get it fixed. If a customer asks for fresh food and is willing to wait, the least you can do is actually make it fresh. Manager Daniel did correct the order, but there wasn’t really an apology for the inconvenience.
