I attempted to return the sandwich a few days later. Manager Michelle refused saying I took 2 bites and should have came back Christmas eve to return it. The sandwich cost over $6:00. Manager seemed to be angry about the issue or having a bad day.

EVERYTHING going on in there was absolutely unprofessional. And honestly SHOCKING. The worker was obviously high while i asked for sauce for my chicken and said they charge for sauce? The way they spoke to us was as if we were out in the streets. It was just such a bad experience. I hope something gets done about this location. It’s sad for such a big food chain to have this quality service and unprofessionalism .

The problem was that I did an online order and they wouldn't give me my money back for the custom large chilies I payed for in the app. That is the only upsetting issue to lose out on $12 + dollars since I paid in the app.
