  Placed my own order inside at the kiosk and after receiving it, they forgot to give me one of my French fry orders, they messed up my son's order by not putting cheese on his plain cheese burger with no mayo but put extra mayo on it. Did not give any of the sauces requested and no napkins.

  I have visited this location several times, and unfortunately, the service has become consistently hostile. Today, while using the app to order my food, the manager began shouting at me to leave. It’s ridiculous to be harassed while trying to give them business. If you prefer mobile ordering, avoid this location—the management doesn't seem to understand how their own digital system works and prefers yelling over helping. This happened on March 15 2026 at 5:20

  Went to drive through and ordered 2 JBC with only tomatoes and onions (with the bacon and cheese- said it twice to make sure they understood). Got 2 JBCs with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Drove back around and returned and repeated order twice. Got back 2 JBCs with tomato and mayo. Had to get out of my car in the pouring rain and walk inside and returned again and repeated my order again. Heard someone in the kitchen ask "is mayo ok?". I called out to them "no- only tomato and onion PLEASE". My mistake I only checked one (and found only one half of a piece of bacon in it but decided to cut my losses and leave because now I was going to be late for work). Guess what I found on the other one?

  I asked to make it fresh and it was disgusting. The meat tasted ranking old. I asked for cheese did not have no cheese the real cheese I don’t know where it was at. It was soggy disgusting
