  The place was clean not a long wait for service or to get food. The young lady walked the food over to the table where I sat waiting.

  Yesterday around 3 PM, I visited a Taco Bell/KFC drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. When I politely asked for a moment to look over the menu, the employee, a slim male with a mustache, on the speaker responded with a scoff and a sarcastic tone. Throughout the ordering process, I felt rushed and pressured to make decisions quickly, even though I was ordering for multiple people. He repeatedly kept asking with “is that all?” after each item and responded with attitude when we asked simple questions about the menu. Eventually, another girl took over, who was slightly more patient, but still not very helpful when we asked about sides, especially since the menu was difficult to read from the car. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional, dismissive, and made what should have been a simple experience stressful and uncomfortable. I understand fast food can get busy, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers with disrespect.

  This is one of the worse KFC's I been to! It seems that we should avoid all KFC's atleast in South Florida! I got a 4 piece with potato wedges and coleslaw slaw and the chicken was old and barely warm,the wedges had warm and cold wedges in it,the biscuits were room temperature, I didn't get a variety of chicken in the box like I should,the girl at the drive through put the box in the bag straight up causing all of the food to go to the bottom and the top of the Cole slaw came off and all of the Cole slaw got on all the food. The box wasn't properly closed and it was bent. The girl at the drive through didn't know what she was doing. The chicken was salty and old and I didn't find out until I left the area and I do not live in that area. I can't believe they gave me that old food but I have had problems with that location before and the location at Sheridan St in Hollywood. The girl ended up calling herself dumb in a jokingly way because she couldn't process my food and I was thinking the same thing about her and this before I found out how my food was. I ended up throwing all that Cole slaw covered food away. I paid 11.70 for a meal that I couldn't eat and I am so sick of this at KFC! Popeyes never gives you a problem. What's wrong with these people and the customer service is horrible, just like the KFC on Sheridan St in Hollywood! I wish I could give this location all zeros because that's what they deserve and worse! KFC has went to the bottom of the barrel! I was the only one in line and before I left one car pulled up so it was empty,even on the inside! Im so disgusted by this. I tried to consider it a loss and just forget about it but I'm tired of wasting my money at a KFC because the staff doesn't know what they are doing and they will give you anything. That chicken should have been thrown away! I see why the place was empty. People please don't spend your money there at all! You will end up throwing that food away and wasting your money!
