They were quite busy with online orders but made sure to attend every single customer inside the store in a very positive attitude. I will give them 5/5 for great customer service and satisfaction.

The three employees assisting me were very rude and unprofessional. When I ordered two subs and specified what I wanted on them, they repeatedly rolled their eyes and displayed visible frustration. Additionally, they spoke about me in Spanish in a way that felt disrespectful and inappropriate. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe the staff would benefit from additional customer service training to ensure that all customers are treated professionally. I hope this matter can be addressed so future customers have a better experience.
